Parseur

Intro

With  'Quick Integration' it is possible to create Orders and Shipments by simply sending an email to a dedicated email address  provided to you. There is no connection to the Seven Senders Portal API necessary. In order to successfully connect to our service, the necessary information needed to create an Order or a Shipment have to be provided respectively via email. For both, there are data fields that are mandatory for the creation process and there are optional ones.

The email can be formatted in any way you pleases as long as the necessary information is included and the formatting always stays the same between individual emails. This applies to the visual formatting as well as the naming of the values but it is necessary that the mandatory fields are included in the email. Nevertheless, you should be aware that using the wrong format in specific fields (for example wrong datetime format) might result in a parsing error and therefore won't create the order/ shipment correctly.

To prevent this kind of misconfiguration we provide a default template that can be used for a flawless integration. The template includes all possible fields. You can adapt this to your own liking and leave out any optional fields if needed.
