Parcel Finder allows you to find and get any information you need, about any order or shipment, across any carrier. Parcel finder is located in the left sidebar menu (magnifying glass icon)

Searching For An Order or Shipment
Parcel finder has several different ways to find the order or shipment you're after, making it easier than ever to get the information you need quickly. The follow search options are available
- Tracking / Order ID: Simply enter the tracking id of the shipment or order id and the specific order or shipment will be displayed
- Email Address: Enter your customers email address and all orders and shipments purchased by your customer in the last 6 months will be displayed
- Full Name: Enter your customers full name (first and last name) e.g. Max Musterman and all orders and shipments purchased by your customer in the last 6 months will be displayed
Understanding The Results
The preview of the search results shows several details about the order or the shipment. For example you can see the status, the creation date, the name and address as well as the carrier and the carrier country. If you want even further information click ‘View details’ to find full information on an order or a particular shipment.
